These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Startek mobile application, website located at startek.world, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Startek is operated by Startek (“we,” “us,” or “our”)

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your Relationship with Startek

Startek provides astrology-related tools, charts, interpretations, educational content, and related features. Startek does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Astrology content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

  • Astrology interpretations are subjective and interpretive in nature

  • You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on the Services

  • Startek makes no guarantees about outcomes, predictions, or accuracy as applied to your personal life

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your account credentials secure

  • Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Startek is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe on the rights of others

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the Services or content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

User Content

You may submit content through the Services, such as profile information, birth data, saved charts, notes, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Startek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any User Content you provide.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Services may require payment or a subscription.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Fees will be disclosed before purchase

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as app stores or payment processors)

  • Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable payment platform, unless otherwise required by law

Startek does not control third-party payment platforms and is not responsible for their actions.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Services—including text, graphics, charts, designs, software, logos, and trademarks—are owned by or licensed to Startek and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Startek does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or Startek.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTEK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED

  • CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE

  • DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR PERSONAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STARTEK’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STARTEK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Startek, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Startek is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
